Mathematics Coach
Job Description:
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons.
- Mark learners’ completed worksheets.
- Complete learners’ progress reports twice a year.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with learners.
- Assess and report the development, behaviour, performance and progress of learners.
- Participate in workshops, events and open houses as ambassadors of the company, as required.
Requirements:
- A good diploma/degree.
- Relevant teaching experience preferred.
- Familiar with MOE Math syllabus for primary and/or secondary levels.
- Passionate in teaching primary learners and inspiring teenagers.
- High level of professional integrity and good work ethics.
- A team player and a self-starter, open to feedback and willing to take on new challenges.
- Able to adapt to learning new educational tools and software where necessary.
- Willing to work on weekends.
- Able to commit to teaching a minimum of 4 classes per week for part time positions.
Remuneration and Benefits:
- Flexibility in committing 5 workdays, 4 workdays, 3 workdays or part time hourly paid service contracts.

Centre Manager
Job Description:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Centre.
- Provide quality customer service through understanding of customers’ queries and needs.
- Ensure that all customer enquiries are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed timeframe.
- Work closely with Operations Manager to actively retain students and achieve enrolment targets.
- Reporting of student enrolment, assessments and withdrawal to HQ.
- Ensure student management system is updated on a timely basis for all student movements.
- Assist customers on payment related matters and actively monitor/chase for outstanding payments.
- Safeguard the safety and welfare of our students.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the Centre is well maintained.
- Ensure that student resources, stationery and merchandise are well stocked in the Centre.
- Monitor and escalate any urgent/complex issues to management.
- Any other ad hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Diploma level and above.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience preferably from Education, Retail, Airlines or any other customer centric industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of ERP software.
- Possess good spoken and written communication skills.
- Proactive with good organisational skills and time management.
- Kind and nurturing approach when interacting with children and teens.
- Demonstrates conflict resolution skills to resolve challenging customer issues and feedback.
- Adaptable and keen to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Conduct administrative and operational tasks of the Centre.

- GCE ʻNʼ/’O’ Level / NITEC or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferably from Education, Retail, Airlines or any other customer centric industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proactive with good organisational skills.
- Quick to learn.
